BLS Training Data [lesson7;part2]

The 2 career i choose was in the Music and Art category. They were Designer and Disc Jockey.
Designers just have to create something creative and new that will appeal to the public and that would be fun to do. Especially if you are interested so it should be fun and difficult to because youll have to follow the buyers expectation. I always wanted to be a DJ since i was little. :]
Nothing but music all around you and playing very loudly too...thats is heaven. I want a be a dj for parties and raves not the radio though so i would have so much fun. ^^ Yeash i know i will be busy but i would enjoy it.

Roller Coaster Engineering [lesson 6;part3]

For lesson6 we looked at different careers that was related to rollar coaster engineering and from the list given I choose Commercial and Industrial Designer. This was my pick because if i was to create a rollar coaster i would also have to be able to let the public know about it. Therefore i might as well take this course so the rollar coaster will be more successful in that area of the industry.

eGFI[lesson6;part2]

The website was very helpful and it has a creative design that is easy to use and appealing. Once you click meet the students you are directing to a different page with different and their choices in engineering career. You can click on anyone that you are interested in and its much easier then going through a video and learning about everything when you could just watch about what youre interested in. It was very helpful. :]

Careers[lesson5]

For assignment 5 we were to choose 3 careers from any of the choices listed. The 3 i chose were photographer, graphic designer, and computer operator.

A photographer uses a variety of cameras that can accept lenses for close-up, medium-range, or distance photography. Then we can use computers manipulate the images to create a desired effect on the photo token. Important skills that you will need to be a photographer are reading comprehension, an active listening, speaking, critical thinking, active learning, learning strategies, and monitoring. Those are the most important skills needed. You may also apply skills such as writing, mathematics, and science as well in photography. In Georgia photographers get an average annual wage of $24,190 and an hourly wage of $11.63. The education you will need is high school and more. As well as some experiences.

A graphic designer designs art and copy layouts for material to be presented by magazines, newspapers, television, and packaging. Some may create graphics for television and computer-generated media. They use computer software to design new images or to modify existing ones. Important skills that are needed is the same required to be a photographer. However, for skills that you may apply are math and science. High school and graphics education should be taken. Their annual wage is around $47,800 and an hourly wage of $22.98.

A computer operator monitors and controls electronic computers to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions. Skills that you will need are reading, writing, listening, speaking, math, a critical thinker, active learning, and monitoring skills. Science is also sometimes needed. They receive an annual wage of $34,110 and an hourly wage of $16.40. Like the other careers you need an high school education and you need some experience support services.

I would choose one of these because its what im interested in :]

Engineering Career Test[lesson3]

If my career was in engineering i would choose between Agricultural or Electrical.
In agricultural engineering i would have to work on structural integrity, safety and aesthetic integrity of other structures. Then for electrical engineering it is more focused on application of electricity ranging from electrical lights, and power system to electronic appliances including computer engineers.

Since i like technology and messing with them, I would most likely take a career in electrical engineering because i get to see and fix(maybe learn...) about the wires and other things.

Learning Style[lesson1]

So i took the test to see what learning style best suits me
and the result were listed from 1-20. 20 being the style you use
the most and 1 the least.
My highest was a tie between social and aural. Which means i learn best working in groups
and using sound and music to help. I scored for a 14 for each of those.
I dont work so well alone(...i think i do though sometimes ^^) which
was called solitary and i got a 6 for that.
